This model features third-party call control (3PCC) using the open SIP protocol, making it interoperable with a broad range of VoIP phone systems.

- Dual 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports to support co-located PC
- Supports up to three JBM24 Button Modules - Up to two JBM Button Modules can be powered by PoE or PoE injector; external 5V power supply (see accessory below) is required if adding more than two JBM24
- Supports up to three JEM24 Expansion Modules - A single JEM24 Expansion Module can be powered by PoE or PoE injector; external 5V power supply (see accessory below) is required if adding more than one JEM24
